Hip & Pelvis Pain
Overview
Hips anchor the spine and drive gait. Pain often reflects a mismatch between mobility and stability. We restore alignment, activate glutes and core, and reteach efficient movement.
Common Signs
Front-of-hip pinch, lateral hip ache, deep groin pain, clicking, stiffness after sitting, SI discomfort.
How We Treat It
- Pelvic/hip mobilizations and spinal coordination work
- Soft-tissue therapy (hip flexors, TFL/ITB, deep rotators)
- Acupuncture to reduce pain and improve tolerance
- Rehab: glute strength, hip control, gait and squat retraining
- Load and range modifications for running/lifting
Outcomes
Smoother gait, stronger hips, and confident squats, climbs, and strides.
