1
What makes the Unify Approach different from traditional chiropractic/physiotherapy care?
We focus on lasting outcomes, not aiming for quick fixes. From treatment day one, it’s about helping you move from pain into performance. Every session is a longer, one-on-one blend of hands-on care and strength-based coaching—built around you, your goals, and the lifestyle you want to get back.
2
Who do you work with?
We work with people across the spectrum—from active adults to seniors who want to stay independent. Whether you’re recovering from pain, coming back from injury, or looking to perform at a higher level, if moving well and living confidently matters to you, we’re here.
3
What services do you offer?
Our care combines hands-on chiropractic treatment (soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, and adjustments) with movement and strength-based rehab right from the start. As you progress through your treatment plan, we gradually reduce reliance on passive care and place greater focus on active strengthening. This way, you build lasting resilience, confidence, and independence — not just temporary relief. All care is delivered through structured treatment plan packages designed for meaningful, long-term results.
4
Do you direct bill insurance?
We don’t, but we make it easy to submit your claim. After your visit, you’ll receive an itemized receipt so you can send it directly to your insurer for reimbursement.
5
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive assessment, not a treatment session. We’ll listen to your story, evaluate how you move, and uncover what’s holding you back. From there, we’ll design a personalized plan that guides you from pain to performance.
6
How long are the sessions?
Most appointments are 60 minutes—enough time for both hands-on care (early on) and progressive rehab coaching as we move forward. This allows us to deliver care that’s thorough, effective, and built for long-term success.
7
Do you only treat injuries, or can you help with improving performance too?
Both. While we specialize in helping people recover from pain and injury, we also offer performance training (prehab) for those who want to move better, reduce injury risk, and keep growing in strength and capability.
8
What should I wear to my visit?
Wear comfortable, gym-style clothing that allows you to move freely. Since our care blends hands-on treatment with strength-based rehab, being able to move comfortably helps you get the most out of your session.
