Shoulder Pain
Overview
The shoulder is a performance joint—strong when the scapula, thoracic spine, and rotator cuff work in sync. We correct mechanics and build capacity, not just calm inflammation.
Common Signs
Pinch with reaching, night pain, weakness overhead, catching/clicking, loss of range.
How We Treat It
- Glenohumeral/scapular/thoracic mobilizations
- Soft-tissue therapy (cuff, pecs, lats)
- Acupuncture for pain and tissue recovery
- Rehab: scapular control, eccentric loading, return-to-press/pull progressions
- Sport and training modifications (load, range, tempo)
Outcomes
Confident, pain-free overhead motion and stronger pushing/pulling for sport and life.
