Unify Rehab & Performance is located in Midtown Toronto, inside LabMotus Health & Performance Clinic (ground floor accessible) at the northeast corner of Mount Pleasant Road and Millwood Road one street north of Davisville Avenue.
By Car: Street parking is available on nearby side streets (up to 1 hour free). Green P parking is also available on Mount Pleasant Road. (both west and east sides).

By Subway: We are a 10-15 minute walk from Davisville or Eglington TTC subway stations.
