Neck & Upper Spinal Pain

Overview

Neck pain often starts with postural habits and ends with movement avoidance. We restore motion, balance the system (neck–upper back–shoulders), and rebuild confidence.

Common Signs

Stiffness turning the head, headaches from the neck, upper-back tightness, screen-time fatigue, occasional arm symptoms.

How We Treat It

- Cervical/thoracic mobilizations & adjustments
- Soft-tissue release for traps, levator, suboccipitals
- Acupuncture to reduce pain and headache frequency
- Rehab: deep neck flexors, scapular strength, ergonomic strategy
- Education on micro-breaks and movement variety

Outcomes

Freer neck motion, fewer headaches, and postural resilience that lasts beyond the workday.
