Knee Pain
Overview
Knee pain is often a hip–foot story. We assess alignment, control, and tissue capacity, then build strength and mechanics that hold up to stairs, sport, and miles.
Common Signs
Front-of-knee ache, pain with stairs or squats, tenderness below the patella, lateral knee burn with runs, stiffness after sitting.
How We Treat It
- Hip/knee/ankle alignment work & mobilizations
- Soft-tissue therapy (quads, calves, ITB/TFL)
- Acupuncture for pain and tendon recovery
- Rehab: glute/quad strength, isometric → eccentric → plyometric progressions
- Footwear and training-load strategy
Outcomes
Better tracking, stronger legs, and steady return to running, sport, and life.
