How a Chiropractor Can Help

At Unify Rehab & Performance, we perform a comprehensive wrist and thumb assessment to determine which tendons are involved and what factors are driving irritation.

Our treatment includes:

- Manual therapy and mobilizations to improve wrist and thumb mechanics.
- Soft tissue therapy targeting the extensor tendons.
- Acupuncture to reduce pain and inflammation.
- Progressive rehab focusing on grip control, wrist stability, and gradual loading.
- Education on ergonomic modifications and activity adjustments.

By addressing both the local tendon irritation and underlying movement deficits, we help restore function and prevent recurrence.
